Justina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with individuals, couples, and families as young as five years old all the way to older adulthood. She has experience working through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions, self-confidence, multicultural issues, religious issues, domestic violence, and marriage/relationship issues.
Justina’s warm approach helps clients feel at ease and tap into their strengths so they can work towards emotional and relational healing. Her use of research-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, art therapy, and play therapy also help clients explore and change thought patterns, relational patterns, and past experiences so they can achieve a healthier and happier life.
When Justina is not working, you can find her curling up with a good book, checking out the latest restaurant, or playing board games with her friends.
