Ema Chester, MA
Ema Chester is a mental health counselor with a Master’s degree from Boston College. She works with clients from young adulthood through older adulthood, and has a particular passion for working with people who are new to therapy.
Ema’s approach centers on creating space for curiosity and compassion as clients explore the places they feel stuck or afraid. She believes healing and restoration are possible even when that feels hard to see in the moment, and she brings that sense of hope and steadiness into every session.
Ema has particular experience working with racially and linguistically diverse populations, especially within immigrant communities — an area shaped by her own background. She’s passionate about building bridges across cultures and connecting with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
